What to include in your inquiry
Name the product line, the type you are looking for, and the market the goods are for. If you need a certificate for that market, name it. State the quantity you have in mind and the date you need the goods, so the supplier can answer with a real figure rather than a general statement.
Before payment, confirm the minimum order quantity and lead time for your order. Certificates are available upon request.
